Payment Methods

CONSPIME FACILITY GRUP S.L. accepts payment by bank wire transfer only, against an official sales invoice. Card payments, cash, cheques, cryptocurrency and deposit or financing schemes are not accepted.

1. Bank wire transfer (SEPA / SWIFT)

The bank details (IBAN, BIC and payment reference) are stated on the official sales invoice we email you after your order. The order is confirmed as soon as the funds are credited to our account. Bank charges are borne by the payer.

2. Invoicing

Within 24 hours of your order we confirm availability and email you the official sales invoice from CONSPIME FACILITY GRUP S.L., stating the machine, its Reference SKU, the total price and our bank details. The full amount is due before the machine is dispatched; the machine is reserved for you once the transfer is received.

3. Payment on collection

For buyers collecting the equipment directly from one of our yards (Spain, Germany), the invoice must still be settled by bank wire transfer and the funds credited before the machine is released.

4. Currency and taxes

All invoices are issued in Euros (EUR) and are net of VAT. VAT is added or reverse-charged depending on the buyer's status and destination country, in accordance with EU regulations.

5. Inspection on delivery

Check the machine on arrival together with the driver. Note any visible transport damage on the delivery note and report it to us within 48 hours. Any other problem with the machine must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery, with photos and a detailed description.

6. Compliance checks

Payments are subject to sanctions and anti-money-laundering screening. We may request beneficial-ownership information and may decline or reverse transactions that fail these checks.

Fully inspected machines

Every listing is checked on site by our inspectors and published with detailed photos and a functional test report you can read before you order.

Delivered to your jobsite

We arrange loading, customs paperwork and transport, free of charge in our covered European countries, and we carry the risk in transit.

14-day right of withdrawal

Within 14 calendar days of delivery you can return the machine for any reason, provided it is unused and in the same condition as delivered. Return transport is arranged and paid by the buyer.

Payment by bank wire transfer

Orders are settled by bank wire transfer against our invoice. We handle the invoice, VAT and export paperwork for you.
