How to order
1. Choose your machine and click Order now on the product page.
2. Fill in your billing and delivery details on our checkout page.
3. Place the order — you receive a confirmation on screen and by email.
4. Within 24 hours we email you an official sales invoice from CONSPIME FACILITY GRUP S.L. with our bank wire details (IBAN, BIC and payment reference).
5. As soon as the transfer is received, the machine is prepared and dispatched.
Accepted payment methods
Bank wire transfer (SEPA or SWIFT) against an official sales invoice is our standard payment method, for private buyers and companies alike.
Every order is invoiced with full VAT and company details.
Payment on collection is possible at our yards in Spain and Germany by prior arrangement.
No card details are collected on this website. Payments move directly between your bank and ours, which is normal practice for professional industrial and construction equipment in Europe.
All prices shown are excluding VAT. VAT is added to the invoice according to the applicable local rules.
Order preparation and delivery times
Handling time (order preparation): 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
Transit time: 3 to 11 business days depending on the destination.
Total delivery time: 4 to 14 business days from confirmed payment to delivery.
Local pickup is available at our yards in Spain and Germany.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on every machine in our catalogue delivered to our covered European countries, with no minimum order value. The transport cost is already included in the price shown on the website and on your official invoice.
For destinations outside those countries (United Kingdom and the rest of the world) a transport quote is stated on your official invoice before payment.
Tracking
Once your machine is dispatched you receive transport details and a tracking reference by email so you can follow the delivery.
International shipping
We ship worldwide and our checkout is open to private buyers and companies. Export documentation and customs paperwork are handled by our logistics team; import duties, taxes and local port charges are payable by the buyer.
Delivery terms
Unless stated otherwise, deliveries are made on Incoterms 2020 basis: EXW for self-collection, FCA or CPT for European road transport and CFR or CIF for sea freight. The applicable term is shown on your quotation and invoice.
Loading, damage and insurance
Machines are prepared, secured and photographed before loading. Transport insurance covering the invoice value is available on request; without it the carrier's statutory liability limits apply. Visible transport damage must be noted on the delivery note and reported within 48 hours.
Returns and refunds
Machines may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery in the condition delivered. Return transport is arranged and paid by the buyer. A restocking fee of up to 15% and any depreciation caused by handling may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are issued by bank wire transfer to the account used for the original payment, within 14 business days of the machine being received and inspected in our yard. Full details are on our Refund & Returns page.
