Organising transport

On request we organise door-to-door transport by lowbed truck, rail, container or roll-on/roll-off vessel through vetted forwarders. Buyers may also arrange collection themselves (Ex Works) after full payment.

Delivery terms

Unless stated otherwise, deliveries are made on Incoterms 2020 basis: EXW for self-collection, FCA or CPT for European road transport and CFR or CIF for sea freight. The applicable term is shown on your quotation and invoice.

Timelines

Indicative lead times are 3–10 business days within Europe, 3–6 weeks to West and East Africa, and 2–4 weeks to the Middle East, counted from cleared payment and release of documents. Quoted dates are estimates and not fixed dates unless expressly agreed.

Customs, duties and documents

Export documentation is prepared by us; import clearance, duties, taxes and local port charges are the buyer's responsibility. We provide invoices, bills of lading, machine documents and CE or conformity papers where available.

Loading, damage and insurance

Machines are prepared, secured and photographed before loading. Transport insurance covering the invoice value is available on request; without it, the carrier's statutory liability limits apply. Visible transport damage must be noted on the delivery note and reported within 48 hours.

Fully inspected machines

Every listing is checked on site by our technicians: 200+ photos, walkaround video and a functional test report you can read before you bid.

Delivered to your jobsite

We arrange loading, customs paperwork and transport. Our calculator estimates freight up front and we carry the risk in transit.

5-day money-back window

Put the machine to work. If it doesn't match the inspection report, send it back within five days and we refund the full amount.

Pay on delivery

Approved buyers pay once the machine reaches the yard. No deposit, no escrow paperwork, no wire before the wheels arrive.

Easy & safe transactions

Buy heavy equipment as easily as a car

From inspection to payment, every step is designed to remove the risk from buying and selling used machinery across borders.

01

Inspect before you buy

Every machine gets a 200-point inspection report, walkaround video and live video call so you know exactly what you are paying for.

02

Pay on delivery

No deposits or escrow. Approved buyers pay once the machine is unloaded at their yard. We handle the invoice, VAT and export paperwork.

03

Protected after arrival

Run it for five working days. If anything deviates from the report, we arrange collection and refund the full purchase price.
