1. Services
CONSPIME buys used equipment for its own stock, inspects it on site with our own inspectors, sells it in its own name, handles invoicing and transport coordination, and provides after-sale support in connection with the return window.
2. Fees
Buyers pay only the price shown on the listing plus any taxes stated on the invoice; we charge buyers no commission or service fee. Sellers who offer us a machine pay no listing fee either — we buy the machine outright at an agreed price. Free delivery applies to our covered European countries.
4. Buyer obligations
Buyers warrant that they act as a business, that funds are of legal origin, and that the machine will not be re-exported in breach of applicable sanctions or export-control law.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees received for the relevant transaction, except for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, personal injury, or liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for indirect damage such as loss of profit, production downtime or contractual penalties.
6. Changes
We may amend these terms with 30 days' notice by email or in-platform notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
7. Disputes
Please contact info@conspime.eu first — most disputes are resolved directly. Otherwise Spanish law applies and the courts of Spain have exclusive jurisdiction.
