Legal conformity guarantee
Every machine sold to a consumer is covered by the two-year legal conformity guarantee under Spanish law. Business buyers are covered by the statutory minimum warranty for business-to-business sales, as set out in our Sales Conditions.
Manufacturer warranty
Where a machine is still inside the manufacturer's warranty period — up to 36 months on recent equipment — that warranty is transferred to you with the machine and the remaining period is stated on the listing before you order.
14-day money-back window
Independently of any warranty, you may return the machine within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return transport is free for all eligible returns, including change-of-mind returns, and there is no restocking fee. See Refund & Returns for the full procedure.
Inspection on delivery
Please check the machine on arrival together with the driver. Note any visible transport damage on the delivery note and report it to us within 48 hours so we can open a claim with the carrier.

How to make a claim
Write to info@conspime.eu with your invoice number, the Reference SKU of the machine, a description of the fault and photos or a short video. We confirm the next steps in writing, and repairs, replacement parts or a refund are agreed before any work starts.
