1. Scope
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the CONSPIME website, apps and related services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you accept these terms.
2. Role of CONSPIME
CONSPIME FACILITY GRUP S.L. buys and sells used construction and handling equipment in its own name. Every machine listed on this website is our own stock, and the sales contract is concluded between the buyer and CONSPIME FACILITY GRUP S.L. as seller. We also inspect, transport and invoice the equipment ourselves.
3. Accounts
You must be a business user of legal age and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Platform you must not:
- publish false, misleading or fraudulent listings or bids
- circumvent the Platform to avoid fees or inspections
- upload content that infringes third-party rights or applicable law
- scrape, reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the Platform
- use the Platform in breach of export-control or sanctions rules
5. Listings and content licence
By submitting machine data, photos or documents you grant CONSPIME a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them for marketing and operating the Platform. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, present a fraud or compliance risk, or repeatedly withdraw from concluded transactions.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
