Return window
Buyers may reject a machine within 5 calendar days of delivery if it materially deviates from the inspection report — for example undisclosed structural damage, a non-functional powertrain or incorrect hour meter reading.
How to start a return
Notify us in writing within the return window with photos, video and, if possible, a third-party assessment. Do not put the machine into operation beyond a functional test while a claim is open.
Refunds
If the claim is accepted, we refund the purchase price and the transport charges you paid to us, to the account used for payment, within 14 days of the machine being collected and inspected. Import duties and local taxes paid to authorities cannot be refunded by us.
Exclusions
No refund is available where:
- the deviation was disclosed in the inspection report or listing
- damage occurred after risk passed to the buyer or its carrier
- the machine has been used commercially, modified or repaired without our consent
- the return is notified after the 5-day window
