Returns Policy
This policy describes the conditions under which used and refurbished equipment sold by CONSPIME FACILITY GRUP S.L. may be returned.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In addition to defect-based returns, buyers may return any equipment within 14 calendar days of delivery without providing a reason, provided the machine is unused, in the same condition as delivered, and has not been modified, repaired or dismantled. The buyer must notify CONSPIME FACILITY GRUP S.L. in writing before returning the item. Return transport is arranged and paid by the buyer. A restocking fee of up to 15% and any depreciation caused by handling may be deducted from the refund. Custom-sourced or specially imported machines are excluded from this right.
2. Right of Inspection
Buyers are welcome to inspect the equipment in person, or via a mandated representative, before the machine is dispatched. Observations raised before shipping are addressed before the machine leaves our yard.
3. Non-Conformity
Visible transport damage must be noted on the delivery note and reported to us within 48 hours. If the equipment received does not correspond to the description agreed on the official sales invoice, the buyer must notify CONSPIME FACILITY GRUP S.L. in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery, providing photos and a detailed description. In that case we arrange and pay the return transport and repair, adjust the price or refund the machine in full.
4. Return Conditions
Returns are only accepted after written approval from CONSPIME FACILITY GRUP S.L. The equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered, at the buyer's expense, unless a manifest error attributable to CONSPIME FACILITY GRUP S.L. is confirmed.
5. Excluded Cases
Returns are not accepted for wear caused by use after delivery, for damage resulting from transport arranged by the buyer, or for equipment that has been modified, repaired or dismantled without prior agreement.
6. Custom Orders
Machines specifically sourced, imported or modified upon the buyer's request are non-returnable.
Refund Policy
This policy explains how CONSPIME FACILITY GRUP S.L. processes refunds for accepted returns or cancelled orders.
1. Cancellation Before Shipping
If an order is cancelled by the buyer before the equipment leaves our yard, any amount already paid is refunded within 14 business days, minus banking and administrative fees actually incurred (typically 3% of the transfer).
2. Refund After Return
Once a return has been accepted and the equipment has been received and inspected in our yard, the refund is processed within 14 business days by bank wire transfer to the account originally used for payment.
3. Deductions
For returns under the 14-day right of withdrawal, the refunded amount may be reduced by: return transport costs, a restocking fee of up to 15%, and any depreciation caused by improper handling of the machine. No deduction is applied where the machine does not correspond to its description.
5. Currency
Refunds are always issued in the currency of the original payment (EUR). Exchange-rate variations are not compensated.
