1. Conclusion of contract
Listings are non-binding invitations to make an offer. A purchase contract is concluded when CONSPIME confirms acceptance of a buyer's offer or winning bid in writing (email is sufficient).
2. Prices
All prices are quoted in EUR excluding VAT, duties and transport unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, customs charges and port fees are borne by the buyer and depend on the delivery destination.
3. Condition of the equipment
Machines are sold used, in the condition described in the inspection report available on the listing. The report reflects the state of the machine at the time of inspection. Wear parts, fluids, tyres and attachments are included only where explicitly listed.
4. Title and risk
Title passes to the buyer once the full purchase price and all charges have been received. Risk passes on handover to the buyer or its carrier at the agreed delivery point.
5. Warranty and after-sales
Unless a written warranty is offered on the listing, used machines are sold with the statutory minimum warranty for business-to-business transactions, limited to defects that were culpably concealed and not disclosed in the inspection report. Defects must be notified within 14 days of delivery.
Consumers keep the two-year legal conformity guarantee provided by Spanish law. Where the manufacturer's warranty is still running, it is transferred with the machine and stated on the listing. Spare parts and after-sales support are available for every machine we sell.
6. Default
If the buyer fails to pay within the agreed period, CONSPIME may charge default interest, storage costs and, after a reminder, cancel the transaction and resell the machine.
